We are a domestic supplier of high quality low cost CNC/Fabricated parts, castings, extrusions and assemblies to companies such as Parker Hannifin, Guardian Glass, Cardinal Glass, and Applied Materials Inc., GE Medical, etc. We have been able to increase our business 30%-40% per year by implementing lean manufacturing, increasing quality and reducing cost. We relocated from Hayward to Madera into a green field 40,000 Square Foot facility on 10 acres land. We have over 35 CNC Milling Machines and Lathes; including 5 CNC Milling Machines each with a bed capacity of 28 Feet. We provide complete manufacturing capabilities; including Fabrication, CNC Machining, CNC Tube Bending, Precision Welding, Finishing, Assembly, testing, etc. We were an integral part of manufacturing the architectural fixtures for the 9/11 Memorial site. We also designed, manufactured, and installed the seismic structure for the Fastest Super Computer in the World at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California in December of 2011.
One of our specialties is manufacturing high precision components and assemblies for vacuum equipment used in Semiconductor, Solar, Glass Coating, Flat Screen Television, Automotive, and other industries. Our processes and equipment are capable of manufacturing all components including small vacuum sealed chambers made from Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
